With 19 years of dedication to helping clients feel their best, Ashley has a wealth of experience in the spa and wellness industry. Specializing in integrative/intuitive massage for 11 years, she is trained in a variety of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. Ashley is also skilled in spa arts, reflexology, hot stone massage, cupping, Thai compress, reiki/energy healing, and sound baths, among other modalities.
Ashley’s passion is to help people feel good not only in their body, but also in their mind and soul. She looks forward to working with you to improve your overall well-being and help you feel your best.
